On Becoming a Member of Trinity
Our Prayer Book says that "Holy Baptism is full initiation by water and the Holy Spirit into Christ's Body the Church" (The Book of Common Prayer p. 298). The sacrament of baptism is the means by which we become members of Christ's one holy catholic and apostolic Church. So becoming a member of the Episcopal Church at Trinity is as easy as having your baptism recorded in our parish register. If you'd like to do this, please call the parish office at 978-372-4244 or e-mail Trinity at admin@trinityhaverhill.org.

This fall we began an annual bar-b-que and invited all newcomers and newly returned to come and meet the leaders of the parish so that everyone may get to know each other.  This was a wonderful time of food, fun, and exploration. You should contact us for more information AND to be included on the lists for the Online Messenger, our monthly newsletter.

We also encourage newcomers and new members to attend one of the adult Christian education classes. Check with the office as the times may change with the season.  An Inquirer's class is offered by the clergy as needed.  This class is a prerequisite for receiving the sacrament of confirmation. While confirmation is not a requirement for membership, it is the sacramental rite in which we publicly express a mature commitment to Christ and receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by the bishop.

If you would like to share in an online theological reflection join the conversation on
The Trinity Blogger.  Sermons offered at Trinity are also available here.

For more information please do not hesitate to contact the Rev'd Jane Bearden or to call or email the church office.  If you are looking for a home parish, Trinity is looking for you.
