ACAT and the Joyful Noise Choir
Trinity provides music lessons for twenty young folks from Haverhill thanks to grants from Trinity, the Episcopal Diocese of Massachuestts, the Haverhill Cultural Council, and private donors. Trinity volunteers make up the majority of the mentoring staff, but professional teachers are contracted for the lessons. Donations are used to pay the teachers, rent musical instruments, and provide crafts and snacks.
Trinity's "Shoe"
HAVERHILL'S MUSICAL HISTORY
Trinity commissioned a local artist to paint our "Shoe" to tell the story of the many facets of music in Haverhill's history. From the drumming of Native Americans to the raising of the bells into Trinity's tower - music has been the heart and soul of our city.
Proceeds from the auction of our "shoe" benefited Trinity's outreach to young girls. The shoe is now on display in downtown Haverhill.
