I.  Warrant

To All Members of Trinity Episcopal Church, Haverhill,

Greetings:The Annual Parish Meeting of Trinity Episcopal Church, Haverhill for the Calendar Year 2010 will be held in Trinity Hall at the Church at 11:30 am, Sunday, 30 January 2011,with back up dates of 13 February and each succeeding Sunday in the event we fail to achieve a quorum,  to a
ccomplish: 1)      the election of the following: a)      Senior Warden b)      Junior Warden c)      Treasurer  d)      Parish Clerk e)      two Vestry members for three year terms, f)       two lay delegates to Diocesan Convention, g)      up to five delegates to the Merrimack Valley Deanery 2)      to hear all such business as may properly come before the annual meeting of the parish.

Nominations may be made from the floor of the meeting or submitted in advance to the Clerk of the church along with a signed statement of the nominee’s willingness to serve if elected.
