Warrant for Annual Meeting
The Annual Parish Meeting of Trinity Episcopal Church, Haverhill for the Calendar Year 2011 will be held in Trinity Hall at the Church at 11:30 am, Sunday, 29 January 2012,with a back up date of 5 February, to accomplish: the vote on the parish budget for 2012, to hear the vestry decision with regard to the calling of a new rector, to elect officers for one year terms and two vestry members for three year terms, delegates to diocesan convention and Merrimack Valley Deanery andto hear all such business as may properly come before the annual meeting of the parish.
