A Rogers Memorial Concert
Brian Jones
This concert will be broadcast on Haverhill Community TV.  Watch for dates and times.

Thanks to the generosity of Beatrice Rogers, Trinity is able to offer these stunning concerts free of charge to residents of the Haverhill area. The concert will be of interest to the younger set as they experience organ music in a whole new way and learn just how SCARY music can be!  Children and their families are invited to wear their costumes and to enjoy refreshments and a magician following the concert.

Brian Jones, one of America's most highly regarded church musicians and Emeritus Director of Music and Organist at Trinity Church Copley Square in Boston, will play a Hallowe'een program, including such favorites as the famous Bach Toccata & Fugue in D minor (from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea), selections from the Phantom of the Opera, by Webber, the William Tell Overture ("Lone Ranger" music), Hitchcock's musical theme, "Funeral March of a Marionette,"  "Nola" by Felix Arndt, and other enjoyable and mysterious music.  He will speak with the audience about the music, and a monitor will allow the audience to see the organist's hands and feet as he plays.
