Christian education for all ages is a vital part of the life of the church. We who believe that Jesus Christ was born, lived, died, and was resurrected for our salvation need to study and to reflect on what our belief means and how we are to live in response to such and outpouring of love and grace. To that end Trinity offers several options for both adults and children to draw closer to God.
Our early service is kid frinedly and segues directly into the Sunday School program. The children participate in the service as much as they are able. Following our Beulah Land story, the children wonder about how God acts in the lives of the people of the Bible and in their own lives. The stories always begin with the hands and heart of God as our message is one of God with us in all that we do and our call to live as God's chidlren in the world.
Our Sunday School time involves parents directly and all of us participate in the songs and in the telling of the story. Activities such as crafts or drama follow the story. During the Advent season we made Advent Wreaths to take home..

After Church Lectionary Series: We meet in the library after the 10 AM service - with our coffee and pastry - to read and consider the readings for the following week. Our curriculum is the Synthesis CE program.
Weekly Bible Study: This fall we will explore the Hebrew prophets. Beginning with Amos and wandering among the writings of Jeremiah, Isaiah, Elijah, and others we will consider how these ancient writings hold value today.
Sunday School for all ages: Beginning this fall we will gather for Christian Education between the two sunday services. We will meet at 9:30 AM in both adult, teens and tweens, and young children to be formed and transformed by God.
Church School at Trinity does not meet during the summer months. Children are invited to join us in the sanctuary for the 8 AM or 10 AM service.
Beulah Land!
Immediately following the 8:30 service our young folks process to Trinity Hall for Beulah Land. That is our multi-age educational program based on a story told on a felt board. The children participate in telling the story and engage in related craft activity after the lesson. Older youth move to their own program of First Communion class tought by Jan Boyd and Rev'd Jane.
Adult Christian Education
Brent Was leads our adults in a study of the Church's Teaching Series in the library between the services. This is a come and go class so if you have never been before do not hesitate to join. All are welcome.
